We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on, and deeply passionate HR Manager to join our HR team and play a central role in shaping the future of our global organization.

Your Team:

The HR team at Evinced plays a pivotal role in shaping how we grow.

As we expand both locally and globally, we are focused on building scalable, thoughtful, and inclusive people practices that empower our teams across all regions.

You’ll partner closely with leaders and employees around the world to deliver programs that drive engagement, enable growth, and strengthen our sense of shared culture at scale.

Your Impact:

  • Act as a global HR business partner across regions, bringing organizational insight, analytical rigor, and deep empathy to support business growth through people.
  • Design and scale HR infrastructure that supports growth at scale – including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and career development – while ensuring consistency across geographies.
  • Build and lead data-driven HR processes, using insights and analytics to inform decision-making, improve organizational health, and optimize people strategies.
  • Lead cross-organizational, global HR initiatives, such as implementing a company-wide HRIS, launching inclusive feedback and development cycles, and enabling internal mobility.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and cultural anchor for employees and managers – offering hands-on support at the personal, team, and organizational level.
  • Design and execute global training and development programs, ensuring employees across regions have access to impactful learning and growth opportunities.
  • Drive the adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance HR efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across global operations.
  • Champion a people-first, insight-driven culture that promotes psychological safety, curiosity, collaboration, and long-term retention – while respecting regional and cultural diversity.




Your Qualities

  • 7+ years of experience in HR roles within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, with demonstrated success in scaling HR operations and culture across international teams.
  • Broad, hands-on expertise across multiple HR domains, including business partnering, talent development, organizational design, employee engagement, performance management, and HR systems.
  • Proven ability to operate across geographies and time zones, with cultural sensitivity and a global mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging HR analytics and data to shape programs, measure impact, and guide strategy.
  • Familiarity with and enthusiasm for adopting AI and automation tools within HR workflows.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
  • A builder’s mindset: proactive, resourceful, adaptable, and energized by creating meaningful change.
  • Passion for fostering inclusive environments where people feel supported, heard, and empowered to grow.

This position will report to the VP HR


We’re based in Tel Aviv, 5 minutes from Hashalom train station, and Yehudit light train station, and we have our own parking lot. We work in a hybrid mode, with flexible working hours.
