iOS Tech Lead

The main mission of our Mobile team is to create state of the art development tools and SDKs for our customers. These tools allow developers to check for accessibility issues while coding, and deliver more accessible mobile applications. 

We are seeking a highly experienced iOS Tech Lead to lead the development of high-quality automation SDKs for iOS and other mobile platforms.

Impact and Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, enterprise-grade code according to requirements.
• Conduct engineering research to support the development and product teams.
• Collaborate closely with product management, research, development, and support teams to align on business needs and priorities.
• Ensure timely execution and delivery of mobile solutions with high-quality standards.
• Maintain code quality and automate processes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development to continuously improve our products and processes.

Knowledge and Skills:

• 8+ years of professional experience in iOS development.
• Proven experience working with SDK or infrastructure teams.
• Excellent knowledge of software design and scalable mobile architecture.
• Strong problem-solving, research abilities, and leadership skills; proactive and independent team player with a desire to make an impact.
• Proficiency in iOS development frameworks and tools, including UIKit, SwiftUI, Swift, Objective-C, CocoaPods, and Swift Package Manager (SPM).
• Experience with testing methodologies, such as unit testing, TDD, mocking, and QA automation tools.
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline deployment.
• Experience with version control and collaboration tools like GitHub.
• Experience with Scrum and agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English.

Nice To Have:

• Familiarity with Android and cross-platform frameworks.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science or equivalent.

This position will be based in our Tel Aviv office, located 5-minute walk from Hashalom train station, Yehudit light train station, and we also have our own parking lot. We work in a hybrid mode, with flexible working hours.
